No way! We were well aware that water just doesn’t work without tearing toilet paper, so we formulated Pristine with this in mind. Pristine allows you to moisten toilet paper to provide an effective cleanse without destroying it. We selected a fine mist sprayer to ensure that the mixture is spread evenly across the toilet paper (and is not too concentrated in one location). The ingredients also work to prevent complete saturation of the toilet paper – instead, a portion of the ingredients sit atop the toilet paper so that the toilet paper glides across the skin. We recommend double-folding the toilet paper (especially if you are using extra thin toilet paper, such as airport toilet paper) just in case.

No ifs, ands, or butts about it, this product is the bomb. Imagine wiping with satiny, dew-kissed rose petals. This product leaves your bum clean and fresh. Puts a whole new perspective on the phrase Kiss my butt... and its safe for septic systems. Im so thrilled to find this product. Do not saturate your toilet paper as it will tear and youll get a surprised finger. ASSuming we already know not to do that, just a few light sprays and your hiney will be in heaven.

We are confident that you will get behind the Pristine movement. But, if for any reason you decide you are not a fan of Pristine, we are here to help! Simply return your unopened, unused items (i.e., inside sealed original poly bag), within 30 days of receiving it, and we will refund your original payment method for the purchase price of the unopened, unused returned items. A refund will be issued once the item(s) has been received and accepted by our order processing facility.
How much am I paying for shipping?

Why is Pristine the best alternative to wet wipes available?
Pristine includes high-quality ingredients and has a similar “cost per wipe” as many brands of wet wipes. Since Pristine is used in such a sensitive area, we made sure to select the best ingredients – non-irritating cleansing agents, natural oils and soothing ingredients, and no cheap filler materials. Pristine is one of the few wiping options on the market (wipes included!) that uses a naturally-derived preservative system. Most wet wipes and wet wipe alternatives use synthetic preservatives, some of which are known irritants. We have rolled out the red carpet for your rear.
Pristine’s high quality ingredients go a very long way. The 4 oz bottle is equivalent to about 200 wet wipes worth of product. It will typically last about 1-2 months, depending on how many people are using it. The 32 oz refill bottle is equivalent to about 1,600 wet wipes and will typically last 4-6 months, depending on the number of people using it. The 32 oz refill bottle is more cost effective on a “cost per wipe” basis than most brands of wipes.

Our story
We are Brandon and Jess – first cousins and co-founders of Pristine. We are both attorneys by trade, but we left our law practices to create Pristine. Here is our story!
Jess is a mom of three and several years ago, her newborn daughter was suffering from severe diaper rash and skin irritation. She tried nearly every brand of diapers and wipes, but the problems persisted. Even the wipes labeled as “natural” would cause abrasions on her daughter’s skin because the synthetic fabric in the wipes were rough. She consulted her pediatrician who said, “ditch the wipes.” So, she did. She was forced to wash her daughter’s bottom in the sink with warm water and mild soap after every poop! It worked, but this method was not sustainable for a busy mom. At the same time, Brandon was an adult wet wipe user, but this too led to some serious skin irritations. He realized it was his wipes and had to ditch the wipes too, but the comforts that wipes provided were not easily forgotten.
Realizing they had the same problem, Brandon and Jess decided to look for an alternative to wet wipes but quickly found that there was no mainstream alternative to wet wipes. So they created one. They created and tested hundreds of different formulas, literally mixing batches in their kitchens with hairnets, beakers, and boiling pots of water. After months of R&D and testing, consultations with chemists, and discussions with manufacturers, we developed a spray formula that is effective enough for a grown man’s rear-end and gentle enough for kids. Pristine is now proudly manufactured in the United States.
